Alias naphtha, English name: naphtha, the main ingredients: 5 to 11 carbon atoms of alkanes, cycloalkanes or aromatics. It is a fraction of coal tar at 0 – 180 C. Washing Oil Use:

There are three main types of

1 is used to wash benzene or naphthalene from coke oven gas and absorb other components at the same time.

This kind of wash oil is rich in many fine chemical raw materials or products. It can be used to separate and extract benzene, naphthalene, amaranth, fluorene, fluorene, phenol, Aza-aromatic ring (especially quinoline) and other raw materials, which has considerable deep processing value. The same washing oil can be further processed to extract the above products.

2. To make fuel oil, it needs to be mixed with dephenolized oil and used as diesel blending component.

The fraction of 280-360 degrees in coal tar fractionation is called anthracene oil. It has high viscosity and solid elution at room temperature. It is used to produce coatings, electrodes, pitch coke, carbon black, wood preservatives and pesticides. It is mainly used to extract crude anthracene, acenaphthene, fluorene, phenanthrene, carbazole and other chemical raw materials. It can be used to configure carbon black raw oil, road asphalt or fuel oil, etc. It can also be used for wood preservation and production.

 

Use of anthracene oil

1 Extraction of fine chemicals and chemical raw materials, anthracene, phenanthrene, carbazole, these three important chemical raw materials can not be easily and economically obtained from the petroleum industry, mainly rely on anthracene oil extraction. In addition, anthracene oil also contains amaranth, fluorene and other substances. Anthraquinone oxide can also be obtained in the process of anthracene oil processing.

2 Raw materials for coating, electrode, pitch coke, carbon black, wood preservative oil and insecticide can be used for wood preservation and preparation.

3 Hydrofining is used to produce fuel oil.

Coal tar pitch is the residue of coal tar distillation after removal of liquid fractions. About 50%~60% of the total coal tar. At room temperature, coal tar pitch is a black brittle lump with luster, odor, easy to burn when melting, and toxic.

Use of coal tar pitch:

2 is used in the production of carbon electrode. The degree of carbon graphitization in coal tar pitch is relatively high. It can be used as electrode material, as sizing agent and binder. There are many kinds of products involved in this field, and it is the main use of coal tar pitch.

3 paint, mainly after treatment and processing, used for building and pipe waterproof coating. Epoxy coal tar pitch coating is one of the most widely used coatings.

4 Road construction and building materials are generally mixed with petroleum asphalt. Compared with coal asphalt and petroleum asphalt, there are obvious quality gaps and durability gaps. Coal tar asphalt has poor plasticity, poor temperature stability, brittle in winter, softening in summer and fast aging, while the performance of the two asphalt mixtures is better than that of their respective use alone. In addition, there are many harmful substances in coal tar pitch, many of which are very harmful to human body. It will be more environmentally friendly to use coal tar pitch after innocuous treatment.

Carbon black oil is the raw material of carbon black, which is usually blended with coal tar pitch and anthracene oil. It can also be directly processed from coal tar. The requirement for raw oil is that the content of aromatics should be high and the impurities and asphalt, moisture, ash, free carbon and sulfur should be less.

In order to ensure the quality of carbon black oil, Jining tar refining will retain 2% wash oil, and in the blending process, anthracene oil will be added into the mixture of anthracene oil and asphalt left by distillation process, making the ratio of anthracene oil to asphalt 4:6

Nearly 90% of carbon black production is by oil furnace method, and 60% and 70% of carbon black production and quality depend on carbon black oil.
